Pryor and Sophia were walking through the forest one day when they stumbled upon an old castle. It was covered in vines and looked abandoned, but they couldn't resist the temptation to explore it.

As they made their way inside, they noticed that the castle was strangely quiet. The only sounds were their footsteps echoing on the stone floors. They soon realized that they were not alone.

The first room they entered was the grand hall, and it was filled with an eerie mist. Pryor and Sophia could barely see their hands in front of their faces. Suddenly, they heard a whisper in their ears. It was a haunting voice, and it sent shivers down their spines.

The second room was filled with antique furniture, but every piece of furniture was covered with a white sheet. As they walked by, the sheets rustled and Pryor and Sophia jumped back in fright.

In the third room, they found a painting of a woman with piercing eyes. Her gaze followed them around the room, and they couldn't shake the feeling that she was watching them.

The fourth room was filled with old toys, but they soon realized that the toys were moving on their own. Pryor and Sophia couldn't believe their eyes and quickly moved on to the next room.

In the fifth room, they found a fireplace that was lit on its own. The fire crackled and popped, and they could feel the heat on their faces.

The sixth room was the dining hall, but there was no food on the table. Instead, there were old, rusty knives and forks. As they looked closer, they noticed that some of the utensils were missing.

Finally, they reached the seventh room. The room was dark and quiet, and Pryor and Sophia thought they had finally escaped the haunted castle. But as they turned to leave, they heard a loud crash. They spun around and saw that the door had slammed shut behind them.

Pryor and Sophia were trapped. They were frightened and didn't know what to do. They tried the door, but it wouldn't budge. They sat huddled in the corner, waiting for something to happen.

Suddenly, they heard a creaking sound. They looked up and saw that the chandelier was swinging back and forth. They heard the whispers again, and they knew that they had to get out of there.

Pryor and Sophia finally managed to push open the door and ran out of the castle as fast as they could. They were frightened but relieved to be outside. They never went back to the castle again, but the memory of that haunted adventure stayed with them forever.
